Community Based Organisations Capacity-Building - Survey Results

The CoPPer Project is an Erasmus+ European Probation Project seeking to develop a training package for volunteers in Probation Services. Partnering with services in Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal and Romania, a survey was conducted to better understand the needs and performance standards related to recruiting, training and managing, particularly valuing volunteers.

The survey results are available in the link and demonstrate a wide span of organizational experience and practices related to volunteers.
