We are excited to announce the publication of two new deliverables on our project website: the survey results and an accompanying infographic.
Survey Overview
The recently conducted survey gathered insights on the current situation and performance standards of Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) in recruiting, training, managing, and valuing volunteers within the probation system. Conducted by the CoPPer partnership in Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Romania, the survey included the participation of 49 CBOs, 34 of which involve volunteers in probation.
Next Steps
The insights gained from this survey will guide our efforts in developing an online training course curriculum and methodology aimed at mobilizing and strengthening CBOs. By enhancing their volunteer management practices, we aim to foster a collaborative and efficient probation system that benefits communities across Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Romania.
We encourage you to explore these new deliverables on our project website and stay tuned for further updates as we continue to advance our mission of strengthening Community-Based Organisations in the probation system.
